Foreigners living in Korea can now easily obtain a Personal Signature Verification Certificate, which has the same legal effect as a personal seal certificate. All you need is your Residence Card.

How to Apply:

1. Visit your local Community Service Center (Si/Gun/Gu Office or Eup/Myeon/Dong)

2. Present your ID

3. Sign on electronic pad.
